Structure and characteristics
The outer coil reactor has the characteristics of rapid heating, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, hygiene, no environmental pollution, no need for boiler automatic heating, and easy use. The spiral outer half tube design reduces the wall thickness of the kettle, improves the pressure bearing capacity of the kettle, and is beneficial for improving heat transfer efficiency. It can both increase the heat transfer coefficient and reduce the thermal resistance. The outer coil tube reactor can save energy consumption. The outer coil reactor can also increase the flow rate of the medium in the coil, and the high-speed flowing medium can effectively prevent scaling on the inner surface of the jacket. It is also applicable to cooling processes.
The difference between external coil tube reactor and general reactor
A coil reactor is a device that places heating or cooling tubes outside the reactor body. Compared with the commonly used jacket type reactors in China, this device has many benefits:
♦ This design form of outer coil reaction kettle can reduce the wall thickness of the kettle body and improve the load-bearing capacity of the equipment: the wall thickness of the kettle body and lower head is 37.5% and 50% thinner than the wall thickness designed according to the jacket, and this equipment also reduces the overall diameter of the outer coil reaction kettle body, saving space;
♦ The outer coil tube reactor is beneficial for the heat transfer efficiency of the equipment. This is because it can serve as both a heat source and reduce the air thermal resistance in ordinary jacketed reactors;
♦ Energy saving: The ratio of jacket volume to half tube volume is 8:1.
